Turkish Cuisine...

The food in Turkey for the whole trip has been GREAT! It's a very Mediterranean cuisine, quite similar to Greek food.

The food down South was so fresh and tastey, I just feel healthier having been subjected to it for 6 days.
Now that I am back in Istanbul, its like any other cosmopolitan city. The food is not farm/garden fresh, as it has been brought a long way to the city.
